"Awesome System" Posted 2020-06-23
Pros: It is easy to manage our systems on our network and assist everyone throughout the company. It is simple to manage and maintain, easy to deploy, and best of all, it is accessible for all staff from anywhere. Especially during this time of social distancing.
Cons: It does take a little bit to learn, but once the ball starts rolling, it doesn't stop. Take the time to learn it correctly.
Overall: We had a little bit of a rocky start, there is a bit of a learning curve to set up and make sure you have it set up to your organization. Once you figure out what Ninja is capable of, and how you want to structure your organization(s), it becomes easier. Overtime, it becomes simplistic, and our users are grateful with how easy it is for us to remote to them to assist. We do not have to be in the office either, or use a VPN, being cloud accessible makes it easier for those of us who support the company as a whole.

"Our MSP's Main Tool" Posted 2020-06-23
Pros: - TeamViewer and Splashtop integration
- Webroot integration
- Patch management, policies, scripting and automation tools
- Mobile app
- Ease of use
- PSA integrationsCons: - Reporting could use some maturation
- Would like to see more vendors available for integrations (Sophos, Huntress, more PSA options, etc.)
- Some quality of life fixes would be nice. Having to hit "save" on one screen before editing options on another; snap back to organization after device deletion instead of going to "all devices" page; more/better navigation options in generalOverall: All-in-all, Ninja is a great platform. My staff and I use it all day, every day to manage our 400ish computers and servers, and love the end-user access recently added. Integrations are available and slick, and the price is right for us.

"NinjaRMM saves time and makes it easier to do a better job." Posted 2020-06-23
Pros: NinjaRMM:
- Has a short learning curve to get started.
- Brings familiar tools and processes into one interface.
- Is flexible, every rule doesn’t apply to every machine you manage.
- Allows you to define groups of machines into categories that make sense to you.
- Warns you of potential problems that you previously may have not seen until it was too late.
- Has scheduling tools and scripts to automate many tasks.
- Offers remote capability to both help users and keep you out of the office late at night.
- Has been invaluable in helping us give our users remote access during COVID-19.Cons: NinjaRMM still depends on some third-party tools that are not 100% under their control.
And, it has more features than I have time to learn. (Is that a pro or con?)Overall: As an IT Director in a small company you’re always looking for tools that can help you do more for less. The IT department tends to be spread thin. It’s easy to miss things you should see. I was struggling to keep up when I found NinjaRMM over 3 years ago.

Installation was easy, the learning curve was short, and they continue to add features and make improvements.
NinjaRMM has given me better visibility of our entire installation. I’m spending less time than before and doing a better job. That’s the definition of improved efficiency. -

"Solid RMM" Posted 2020-06-23
Pros: Allows you to bundle machine stats, remote management, backup, and endpoint security if you choose to along with a few other integrations. Being able to control machine updates by custom group is great if you don't have SCCM or WSUS. Usability is easy with limited training so you are quick to get going. Having the capability of remote cmd and registry is nice.
Cons: Nothing really that I don't like. TeamViewer had an issue but that wasn't really on Ninja and it was resolved in a timely manor.
Overall: This is not just a software for MSPs. Ninja is always looking to improve and add new features. Tech support is fast and they keep you updated with important notifications at the top of your site until you dismiss it.

"Awesome Software" Posted 2020-06-23
Pros: The ease of setup and installation for policies and deployment are beyond easy. Pricing is very competitive and Sales & Tech are always available.
The list of Integrations available is growing to support the needs of MSP's such as myself.Cons: Navigation can use a little tweaking but nothing that I would normally complain about, however I had to put something in this block.
Overall: Like most MSP's I have struggled to find something that is cost effective and works. I have been through the nightmare of Connect-Wise and regret that decision every day! Ninja was a great choice for us and is getting better daily.

"Just plain easy to use..." Posted 2020-06-23
Pros: Quick and easy to set up with no instruction or training
Unmatched Search functionality
Simple integration interface
Simple and easy to use policy interface (but powerful)
Well thought out and executed integration
Navigation is very easy and responsive
NMS Tests allows us to completely retire other alerting systems
It just works, and works well
If you are lucky enough to get Nicole as your rep, then you're golden.Cons: Reports have come a long way, and are good, but not yet great
Alerting is good, but not very granularOverall: Compared to Kaseya, Datto, and Connectwise (the other solutions I've used) Ninja is the absolute no-brainer. No University study classes, no month long training and onboarding, no need to rely on a team of engineers to get it running. A few clicks and things just work. Not only do they work, the items you are looking for are well laid out and designed so its really easy to figure things out on the fly.

When I first started using Ninja, I shy'ed away from the search function. Took awhile to work that into my work flow. It has now become my source for everything. The responsiveness and completeness makes diving through menu structures pretty obsolete.
The integrations with 3rd party platforms all appear to be well designed and functional...as long as Teamviewer stops making major changes...the integrations are also fully complete, compared to other solutions I've worked with which take an enormous effort to set up and usually end up only half implemented.
Canned reports are useful and fairly comprehensive, but I find that I usually end up using the search function with filters for most reporting needs (very easy to do). Could possibly use a little more robustness in this category, but overall they function well and are very easy to use.
Ninja does not yet do all of the things the major players in the field do, but they do the core RMM functions better than anyone else. Its fast, responsive, intuitive, and just plain easy to use. -

"Great Product, Great Staff, and a very responsive development team!" Posted 2020-06-23
Pros: We partnered with Ninja as we both are young companies, and the growth between the two and the integrations we have achieved are amazing.
The tool is very easy to use and gives our support team a wide variety of tools at their disposal.
Scripting and automation items are very easy to use and fairly comprehensive for the ease of use.
Reporting on devices for organizations are very straightforward and easily keeps our clients up to date on their hardware.Cons: There is no dark mode, yet. But it is on the roadmap
The TeamViewer integration can be a bit wonky at times, but there is a feature we have yet to enable that will fix it so I can't really say it is a "con" per se, yet.Overall: Overall, Ninja has grown a lot with their features and support. The product is very scalable and offers easy deployment and management, even for large organizations with multiple locations across the USA. Overall, definitely worth the purchase and continued use!

"Great interface with all the bells and whistles we need!" Posted 2020-06-23
Pros: For the last few years, our company has been using Ninja as the proactive solution before customers ever discover that they have a problem! I particularly like the NMS feature as it helps me monitor our business accounts that use our hosting services. I also handle the scripting for our RMM products and so far, Ninja has had the most improvement in library and community scripts that we've found.
Cons: I wasn't a huge fan of the reporting, which has recently been roadmapped for huge changes. It was a bit lackluster and as company accounts manager, I needed reports to show to the customers as "proof of concept" for having RMM services.
Overall: Never had a better experience with a third-party MSP software company. We've used the blue logo guys, the orange guys and others. If you're looking for all of your normal RMM services at a price that's competitive with every other solution that we've looked at. But then there's the support. Our account manager pokes at our service manager just to check and see if we're happy with service. This is a nice, personal touch that's lacking in the tech field, today.

Pros: Can check the resources and activities from anywhere including the phone.

Overall: It was better than expected. Quick access to remote system and monitoring the resources on a phone was an added safety.

"Switch now, you wont regret it!" Posted 2020-06-23
Pros: The interface is amazing. We came from a platform that was laggy, had outages and just slowed down our team on a daily basis. Cost was also a factor and we save thousands per year by switching.
More importantly was that the team at Ninja has been fabulous to work with. Our rep Nicole is a class act and extremely attentive and helpful.
We have been with Ninja a few months and everyday our only question is why we didn't switch a long time ago.Cons: There isn't much to not like. As with any software there are features that could be added and Ninja does an excellent job in getting those rolled out as well as listening to the user base and allowing us to up-vote items that we think could be useful in the future.
Overall: As stated in the above, we have been extremely satisfied with the entire platform and service we have received from Nicole and Ryan and the entire Ninja team.

Cons: TeamViewer integration was unstable at first, but they have fixed that with Auto mode.
Overall: I would recommend Ninja to any MSP/IT Dept that is looking for a new RMM. They are flexible and listen to any improvements you want to see.

"Need a 4 1/2 star setting for them- nobody is perfect!" Posted 2020-06-22
Pros: It brings together an awful lot of (but not everything) into one site that I can use to manage hundreds of machines, including the remote control portions, software lists, asset lists, and security status and alerting.
Cons: Our chosen AV software (WebRoot) is not integrated into the website, otherwise I'd give 5 stars, as well as a few UI/UX items that are not totally intuitive.
Overall: Since we deployed this solution we have been rewarded with more free time, as we can push out and handle updates, find computers that alert, and use the Team Viewer integrations more speedily and with greater dependability.

"NinjaRMM has transformed the way that I work." Posted 2020-06-19
Pros: TeamViewer integration makes remote fixes incredibly easy. Proactive monitoring keeps me ahead of problems. Fewer surprises mean fewer urgent calls rearranging my day. Ninja keep my clients organized and easy to access from one central place. So much information all at my fingertips, with an easy to install client-side program.
Cons: There were a few growing pains early on, but the Ninja team has stepped up and owned the problems every time. Things are considerably smoother these days. Everybody has trouble from time to time, but how they are handled reveals the character of a company. I'm glad to partner with Ninja. My only complaint, and this is just an issue of maturing, is that there aren't more integrations available. Well, I mean to be frank, not the ones I personally want. And more appear over time, so I'm not without hope in that category.
Overall: As I mentioned in the title, NinjaRMM has simply transformed that way that I work. No machines get neglected because I can see them all from Ninja. How many machines are STILL not upgraded to Windows 10? How many machines have less than 15% free space? What machines are needing updates? Give me 30 seconds and I'll email you a list. From my desk in my office. Or from my couch at home. Or wherever I happen to be. If you're a small service oriented support company, do yourself a favor with NinjaRMM.
