honSFV is a free open source tool for creating and verifying SFV files easily written in Visual Basic 2010 (.NET Framework 2.0)

The only requirement is .NET Framework 2.0.
Can run on:

- Windows 98 Second Edition (.NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package (x86))
