Harvy is the younger brother of Kuwaiba Open Network Inventory. It aims to be an enterprise-class trouble ticketing system, focused on providing support for complex work flows and integration with other OSS (Operations Support Systems) and BSS (Business Support System) in the context of eTOM and Frameworx/NGOSS directives. Although it was born as a solution for small and mid-sized telecommunications operators, it can also be used in environments with standard networking infrastructure, such as universities, privately held companies or non-profit organizations.
