The Viewer do not work with Windows10. Why? (can not find System.Data.SqlServerCe Version 9.0.242.0 or dependency)

Just plain works. This opened the databases and let me look to see what was going wrong with my programs while all I had to write the program is scraps of notes on loose leaf paper. Thank you for this big helper.
