Have you ever wanted to have a portable MindGuard operating system, that can live inside a small USB flash drive and you can carry it around with you? Although, this is possible and have been around for some time. It was possible for a paranoid to run MindGuard from a USB stick just like you would have run it from a hard drive, but this task was quite hard to do. Why? Because the process was very geeky! You had to type a lot of geeky commands in a terminal and if, somehow, you forgot one or typed something wrong, the process had to be started all over again. Well, the process is now not at all geeky with Mind Guard Linux available that makes it possible for anyone to create a bootable CD/DVD or USB flash drive with MindGuard in it. Mind Guard Linux 2018 is available now, based on Ubuntu 16.04LTS. User Name & Password is Linux. MGL NoPAE ISO is for Machines with 4GB RAM & MGL PAE ISO is for Machines with Maximum up to 64GB of RAM. Mind Guard is the Glasses.

A small multitasking OS to run on 65C816 based systems. Features to include a GUI support for as much HW for the supported systems as possible and a system of system extensions for easy expandability of the OS. The initial Development is being done on the Apple IIgs, with plans to port to the Commodore 64 with a SuperCPU. Eventually there will be ports to other 8 and 16-bit CPUs beginning with the 6502, followed by the z80, 6800, 6809, 8086, PDP-11, and then the TMS9900. Once these are complete there will be 32-bit ports to the 680x0, ARM, MIPS, etc.

Super Ya-DOS was being written from 1998 through 2004. It's a multiuser operating system for x86 machines. It was written in TASM 2.0 and PowerBASIC 2.10f. Vaio DOS is the greatest DOS distribution of all the times. You may freely use it for personal purpose on a retrocomputer at your own risk. Either way, I'll appreciate knowing you have found it to be helpful, my dear friend. The distro was tested on the Sony Vaio PCG-VX88 (PCG-551L) laptop. This project is an attempt to design an message passing microkernel-based Operating System for the ZX Spectrum +3e computer equipped with ZXMMC mass storage device. It was made mostly for PoC purpose.
