Open Source Visual Basic .NET Localization (L10N) Software

This project will provide tools for user to convert existing web sites, blogs and documents with non-standard Myanmar font data to Unicode 5.1 compatible data. (Zawgyi to Unicode 5.1, WinMyanmar system to Unicode 5.1 etc.)

Provides an easier way to support multiple user-interface languages in VB.NET. Developer creates user-interface text ad-hoc and in-place, in his or her native language. NetText is a partial work-alike of GNU gettext (http://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/). It is simplified to an extreme (eg, not tested with non-European languages), but still very useful - certainly more useful than having no multilingual support at all because it's too much trouble! TranslateResX eases the translation of Visual Studio Projects into other languages. It shows all string resources used in a solution/project in a tabular overview and supports the user with the Google Translator.
