Jmol/JSmol is a molecular viewer for 3D chemical structures that runs in four independent modes: an HTML5-only web application utilizing jQuery, a Java applet, a stand-alone Java program (Jmol.jar), and a "headless" server-side component (JmolData.jar). Jmol can read many file types, including PDB, CIF, SDF, MOL, PyMOL PSE files, and Spartan files, as well as output from Gaussian, GAMESS, MOPAC, VASP, CRYSTAL, CASTEP, QuantumEspresso, VMD, and many other quantum chemistry programs. Vizzu is a free, open-source Javascript/C++ library utilizing a generic dataviz engine that generates many types of charts and seamlessly animates between them. It can be used to create static charts but more importantly, it is designed for building animated data stories and interactive explorers as Vizzu enables showing different perspectives of the data that the viewers can easily follow due to the animation. Create a placeholder element that will contain the rendered chart. The Vizzu constructor has to load Vizzu's WebAssembly module asynchronously to prevent blocking the whole page. Because of this, any method except animate() will throw an exception while the library is not initialized. There is an initializing promise in the Vizzu class, which will resolve when initialization is finished. You can call all methods after this promise is resolved. -

Used in commercial projects and open-source projects in production. Designed for users first, for both frontfacing app usecases and developer usecases. Highly optimized. Compatible with All modern browsers. Legacy browsers with ES5 and canvas support. ES5 and canvas support are required, and feature detection is used for optional performance enhancements. Browsers circa 2012 support ES5 fully: IE10, Chrome 23, Firefox 21, Safari 6 (caniuse). Browsers with partial but sufficient ES5 support also work, such as IE9 and Firefox 4. SPX, which stands for Simple Profiling eXtension, is just another profiling extension for PHP. It differentiates itself from other similar extensions as being totally free and confined to your infrastructure (i.e. no data leaks to a SaaS). Very simple to use: just set an environment variable (command line) or switch on a radio button (web request) to profile your script. Thus, you are free of manually instrumenting your code (Ctrl-C a long running command line script is even supported). Using a dedicated browser extension or command line launcher. Multi metrics capable: 22 are currently supported (various time & memory metrics, included files, objects in use, I/O...). Able to collect data without losing context. For example Xhprof (and potentially its forks) aggregates data per caller / callee pairs, which implies the loss of the full call stack and forbids timeline or Flamegraph based analysis. -

Observable Plot is a free, open-source JavaScript library to help you quickly visualize tabular data. It has a concise and (hopefully) memorable API to foster fluency — and plenty of examples to learn from and copy-paste. In the spirit of show don’t tell, below is a scatterplot of the height and weight of Olympic athletes (sourced from Matt Riggott), constructed using a dot mark. We assign columns of data (such as weight) to visual properties (such as the dot’s x), and Plot infers the rest. You can configure much more, if needed, but Plot’s goal is to help you get a meaningful visualization quickly. Plot employs a layered grammar of graphics inspired by Vega-Lite, ggplot2, Wilkinson’s Grammar of Graphics, and Bertin’s Semiology of Graphics. Plot rejects a chart typology in favor of marks, scales, and transforms. Plot can be readily extended in JavaScript, whether to define a channel, a transform, or even a custom mark. -

wavesurfer.js is a customizable audio waveform visualization, built on top of Web Audio API and HTML5 Canvas. With wavesurfer.js you can create anything from an HTML5 audio player to a sophisticated DJ application. wavesurfer.js works only in modern browsers supporting Web Audio. Chokidar
Minimal and efficient cross-platform file watching library
Chokidar is a solution for all the users of Node.js fs.watch who are tired of it not reporting filenames on MacOS and events at all when using editors like Sublime on MacOS. Node.js fs.watch often reports events twice, emits most changes as rename, and it does not provide an easy way to recursively watch file trees nor supports recursive watching on Linux. Same as with Node.js fs.watchFile. Therefore, Chokidar resolves these problems. Initially made for Brunch (an ultra-swift web app build tool), it is now used in Microsoft's Visual Studio Code, gulp, karma, PM2, browserify, webpack, BrowserSync, and many others. It has proven itself in production environments. Chokidar does still rely on the Node.js core fs module, but when using fs.watch and fs.watchFile for watching, it normalizes the events it receives, often checking for truth by getting file stats and/or dir contents. -

For this case, please use the vue-chartjs.min.js which is the minified version. You also need to add the Chart.js CDN script. Chart.js does not update or re-render the chart if new data is passed. However, you can simply implement this on your own or use one of the two mixins which are included. The mixins automatically create chartData as a prop or data. And add a watcher. If data has changed, the chart will update. However, keep in mind the limitations of vue and javascript for mutations on arrays and objects. It is important that you pass your options in a local variable named options! You can create your components in Vues single file components. -

This small component allows you to integrate an excel-like datasheet. By default, the spreadsheet handles keyboard navigation and copy-pasting of cells. This example computes expression underneath using mathjs. On an invalid expression, the cell changes color to show the error. Note that react-datasheet does not handle the validation nor the formula computation. Custom renderers allow you to add significant new capabilities to your sheets without requiring changes to react-datagrid itself. This example allows you to reorder both the columns and the rows using drag and drop. This is implemented by using custom components to render the main table (including a custom header) and each row. The drag handler for the rows is the gray cell at the beginning of each row. The "Rating" column also shows how to specify custom cell editing and viewing components. -

Alpha Plot can generate different types of 2D and 3D plots (such as line, scatter, bar, pie, and surface plots) from data that is either imported from ASCII files, entered by hand, or calculated using formulas.
