This is a solution template for creating a Single Page App (SPA) with Angular and ASP.NET Core following the principles of Clean Architecture. Create a new project based on this template by clicking the above Use this template button or by installing and running the associated NuGet package (see Getting Started for full details). The template is configured to use an in-memory database by default. This ensures that all users will be able to run the solution without needing to set up additional infrastructure (e.g. SQL Server). Verify that the DefaultConnection connection string within appsettings.json points to a valid SQL Server instance. When you run the application the database will be automatically created (if necessary) and the latest migrations will be applied. This will contain all entities, enums, exceptions, interfaces, types and logic specific to the domain layer.

A starting point for Clean Architecture with ASP.NET Core. Clean Architecture is just the latest in a series of names for the same loosely-coupled, dependency-inverted architecture. Name your project, then click Create to launch the Template Studio wizard. Specify which capabilities you want to use in your app, and we'll build out the framework for the features in your app, tagging TODO items. Here you can add features that enable your app to interact with storage, notifications, layout theming, etc.

Currently, there is only a VB version; however, a C# version will be introduced very soon, so stay posted! Likewise, a WPF version will be available in future. Use the HTTPS scheme and TLS security across the entire site, redirects HTTP to HTTPS, and adds a Strict Transport Security (HSTS) HTTP header with preloading enabled. Both in-memory and distributed cache are configured. You do need to specify where the distributed cache stores its data. Allow configuring Kestrel security limits such as maximum request size via configuration and set sensible stricter defaults.
