problem when installing tinyos under ubuntu

HI,
please i try to install tinyos under ubuntu, i change sources.list by adding

tinyOS Repository

deb http://tinyos.stanford.edu/tinyos/dists/ubuntu lucid main
i save and i launch sudo apt-get update
it dispaly
E: The repository 'http://tinyos.stanford.edu/tinyos/dists/ubuntu lucid Release' does not have a Release file.
N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by defaul
when i launch sudo apt-get install- 2.1.2
it display:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package tinyos-2.0.2
E: Couldn't find any package by glob 'tinyos-2.1.2'
E: Couldn't find any package by regex 'tinyos-2.1.2'

Hi, I am using tinyOs enviornment for transmission between TelosB motes. I can not send a one dimensional array of more than 20 bytes to the reciever sensor node even if I define an array of uint32_t. Can anyone help me in this regard please?

Hi All,

I am trying to install TinyOS on Ubuntu. However, I am geting the below error messages.

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
tinyos-2.1.1 : Depends: tinyos-required-all but it is not going to be installed or
tinyos-required-msp430 but it is not going to be installed or
tinyos-required-avr but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

Please note that I have manually installed msp430 and avr dependencies using the below commands.

apt-get install msp430-tinyos-base
apt-get install avr-tinyos-base

However, I am still getting the above mentioned error message.
Please help me resolve this issue.

I installed tiny os in windows 7 and initially started the setup. And when try to build the code I am getting the following error. What is this?? Kindly help me.

Can you please check the log files for the possible errors in tinyos installation.

While installing nesc I see that it does not explicitly mentions about any error rather it shows "Nothing can be done..."
Seeing no errors in nesc installation, if i try to install tinyos, I see that it clearly says that nesc language not recognised.

I am using VM player while plugging telosB mote and entering motelist command in terminal. "no device found" is printed.
Please help me in it.
