It turns out that you simply can't rename them until they're saved. That would have been really great to know. Perhaps, instead of disabling the rename option, you could have it trigger a message if the note isn't saved that explains. Or, make it possible to rename it temporarily, until it is saved. So I use Format > Line Spacing and set it to 1.5, and I do a Save All. But on every restart (either exit and restart PNotes, or more typically in my case, when I restart the PC), the line spacing is lost and it reverts back to 1.0. I did some testing right now, and oddly, if I set it to 3.0, that setting DOES stick after a restart. But 1.5 and 2.0 will not stick, always reverting back to 1.0 line spacing.
