It turns out that you simply can't rename them until they're saved. That would have been really great to know. Perhaps, instead of disabling the rename option, you could have it trigger a message if the note isn't saved that explains. Or, make it possible to rename it temporarily, until it is saved. What kind of version are you using? I have downloaded PNotes.Net 3.8.2.2 and there is the option to insert a table into the right click menu with the proper option window. I have never tried to copy and paste a table in a note but probably you are using the old PNotes.
