Just whent trough this for several hours trying and in the form.html I changed: ......content="text/html; charset=UTF-8 TO: content="text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1 and it worked for me

I installed phpFormGenerator and launched it. I told it to make 15 fields and then the step 2 screen came up but did not show me any fields to work with. At the bottom of the screen it shows an error that an invalid entry was made an I needed to enter 1 - 99. 15 falls into that range. Any ideas? Thanks Tom Gregory

The site, and support, has been quiet for a very long time. I am familiar with the project and have provided help for many users. Have you created a form? Have you tried to install it? Exactly what kind of help are you looking for? FYI, the documentation for the new generator is not available. It is only available for the old version which is quite different so it will not help.

Doesn't seem to be anyone here.. Is there any documenation available for this product for a newbie to this thing? I need something to help me since my ISP is mandating that I ditch my own HTML form and use this for capturing my customer orders.. If I can't get php Form Generator up and running I'll have to switch to another ISP.
