- Player A is Dropped by Owner 1
- Owner 2 sees that Player A was dropped and
picks up Player A
- Admin must approve Owner 2 acquiring
Player A

Change to function:
Same scenario, but with the following Change:
- Player A is Dropped by Owner 1
- Owner 2 sees that Player A was dropped and
picks up Player A
- System approves Owner 2 acquiring
Player A after 2 days elapse.

This means an Owner must acquire the player 2 days prior to submitting the player in to a Starting Line-up. This works only if the player was dropped from another team and is being acquired within the period defined by the Clear Waivers.
