In the first case, if peaks coincide in time at all sweeps, you can select for averaging a very short interval of time around the peak, which will effectively give you the peak current. Sorry, there is no option to make a sub-window for each sweep, and anyway, there is not enough space for 100 sweeps on the screen. What kind of analysis do you want to perform actually?
