But I don't need or have NIS or DES libraries on the system. It would be nice if libtirpc would detect that NIS and DES interfaces are not installed and disable their use. There is also another support ticket \#2459484.
I looked thru the code and found that, there is a func called rpc\_control. Can you please let me know if the current release is \(thread-safe or not \) from server side.
