If a user downloads a dynamic file, the filename will be wrong.
For example, a user wants to download "a.exe", but at last he downloads "index.php"; however, the content of this file is correct, so the user just need to rename the file.

wowhead.com -- javascript menu URLs do not resolve correctly

The wowhead.com site uses javascript generated URLs quite heavily, especially in the menus on the main page.
As a result, the URLs generated incorrectly directly reference the domain hosting KNProxy and fail.

Logging into MAMEWorld.info -- Error: cURL Operation Failed

I am unable to log into MAMEWorld.info:

I get the error below. I'm not sure what's going on with the (I assume) Unicode characters in the URL. I've also attached the page source.

MAMEWorld.info forums - ampersands in URLs encoded wrong

knproxy_theta_v4_33 does not work for browsing the MAMEWorld.info forums. You cannot view any boards or threads.

The problem is that ampersands '&' get encoded as HTML entities '&' in the URLs.

Examples:

http://www.mameworld.info/ubbthreads/postlist.php?Cat=&Board=posttesting

...should be...

http://www.mameworld.info/ubbthreads/postlist.php?Cat=&Board=posttesting

...and...

http://www.mameworld.info/ubbthreads/showthreaded.php?Cat=&Number=265245&page=0&view=expanded&sb=5&o=&fpart=1&vc=1

...should be...

KnProxy Jumps out of SSL

I use ssl on my server to host KnProxy, and it keeps jumping out of SSL. The first page loaded is in HTTPS but all the links go to HTTP. After clicking a link I get dropped out of HTTPS.

目前一切正常，我下载了 knproxy V5，我想知道如何判断服务器端是否工作正常，我用的客户端资源占用很高，虽然监视了端口，但是不知道是否服务器那段响应了。
