I have selected the option "Full analysis" in the Directory section of the Configure window. When comparing 2 directories, the Statistics columns should tell me how many differences there are in each file. Instead, I am just seeing the words "Unsolved," "Nonwhite," and "White" in every row. In other words, it is just repeating the column header instead of showing me numbers. What do I need to do to get numbers to display?

KDiff3 is not opening in Split view

Got it working once added the path on to environmental variable %PATH%.

KDiff3 is not opening in Split view

Hi,

I installed KDiff3 and set up in the settings of Git Extensions but still I am not able to view the difference in Split view format.

I checked the .gitconfig is updated and Git extensions doesn't show any error in settings, KDiff3 is set as Diff and Merge tool.

Delete duplicate files

I can kdiff3 to show me the duplicate files in say C:\test_A and C:\test_B.

First of all thanks for this great tool! I was using it in every company I was working on.
Today I discovered that I cannot use kdiff3 with process substitution in Linux. So I cannot do:
kdiff3 <(some_command) <(some_command)

I works with diff and Meld would it be possible to add support for that?

File Compare - How to display ONLY the differences

Hi,
I am comparing two files. I need to display ONLY the differences from the two files.
Right now I am able to see the Differences (in different color) and matches also in the comparision window. But my requirement is want to see ONLY the differences (I dont want to see the matching lines).
Can someone please advice how / what is the option in KDiff3 ?

Regards.
