&lt;p&gt;i am tring to use net.sf.jml.impl.BasicMessenger.sendText(Email, String) &lt;br /&gt;
to send an offline message, When I send a piece of message with over 18 Chinese characters or 54 characters , the other side cannot receive it. Only the message with less than or equal to 18 Chinese characters of 54 characters can be received successfully.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;please help &lt;/p&gt;
