<p>i am tring to use net.sf.jml.impl.BasicMessenger.sendText(Email, String) <br />
to send an offline message, When I send a piece of message with over 18 Chinese characters or 54 characters , the other side cannot receive it. Only the message with less than or equal to 18 Chinese characters of 54 characters can be received successfully.</p>
