Also, I don't see the microphone selection command in "Microphone.txt" causing the VST plugins be done on all devices, input and output. Reading your first post it looks like you did everything to get Equalizer APO going. I guess you're working version 1.4.2 in which the Device Selector automatically picks an Audio Processing Object (APO) technique. But you could try if some other works.
